The memory is something very very precious to us, humans.
This is because it is our storage bank and help us retain information that we have processed and stored for many years.
But sadly, the memory of most humans isn't that good again.
This can be as a result of poor health, bad choices of lifestyle, accidents, omg others.
But I will give 3 tips on how your memory can be improved.
1. Eat good food and exercise regularly
We all hear this on the radio, the TV and in magazines.
But this shouldn't be taken for granted.
A healthy diet and regular exercise contributes to a better health and an even better memory.
So this is one powerful way to meet your goal.
2. Take things in slowly.
Do you know that when you take time to be 'in the moment', you will remember things fairly better than a person who just rushes through things.
After all, to last long in a marathon race, you need to go slower than a 100m or 200m sprint, right?
3. Remember events with things you love.
All the things we love as individual always remain in our mind whether we know it or not.
I have seen over the years that I remember things fast when I have the location in mind, the food I ate at the time, the colors around me also.
It could be different for you!
