As you saw in the title, I have found some tops to perform tasks efficiently and I am sure that you would really love this. So without further ado, let's jump in.
In life, we hope for some responsibilities to come our way and we feel at that particular moment, that we could find a solution to that responsible or task that lies ahead.
Unfortunately, that isn't always the case WHEN we have that job or task at hand.
You may wonder: 'why is that so?'
One major reason is that we are HUMANS and we can't always expect to solve problems or challenges that come our way head-on.
If you always put your self in a situation where you can't work well or brainstorm to find solutions, then you REALLY, REALLY need to come out of that cloud.

3 WAYS TO PERFORM BETTER AS A WORKER
1). Do not be a perfectionist.
Being a perfectionist is good in some way but bad in many, many ways. You would want to do things perfectly and without a flaw.
While this desire is good, it can quickly escalate into a habit that is irritating to others.
This is because you would be expecting a 100% from people while you can't bring produce a 100% performance, no matter how hard you try.
People begin to see you as this annoying, know-it-all, I-am-better-than-you kind of person. And trust me, you wouldn't want people to view you that way.
If this continues, you could lose dear friends that you have worked hard to get.
SOLUTION
So instead of being a perfectionist, why not be humbled enough to see your mistakes, to see the good in others and to commend them accordingly when they do something praiseworthy.
2). Do not procrastinate.
Procrastination is something that's really harmful.
For example, imagine this man whose procrastinate about finishing a project at work before the deadline. He talks a lot about doing this project but does nothing. He always refers to the next day as the perfect day for the project.
But do you know what the perfect day was?
It was the day of the deadline and he lost his job as a result of failing to handle the project fast.
So you see!
Procrastination is a bad attitude that fools at the end of the road.
SOLUTION
Instead of procrastinating, why not take a job one day at a time? Or ensure that you finish something before moving to another?
This would really save you time, resources, the feeling of disappointment and worthless, and also give you the confidence that you can work efficiently if only you know your limits and stick to them.
3). Develop a job-friendly attitude.
If you are a dedicated worker who loves to take tasks and finish them without a problem but you do not relate well with those around you, you have a high risk of not reaching your peak.
This is why:
As humans, we are like a community and each community relates, interacts and supports each other no matter the situation.
When you have a job and it seems overwhelming, why not ask for help for others?
Some may think that this is what a lazy person would do but this is not so.
ONLY ask for help when you are in the following situations:
a). you are sick or can't perform that particular task because of a health or physical problems.
b).you have been performing exceptionally well as a worker and your superiors know that you are efficient but currently can't work the way you used to because of age.
c).you have suffering from serious mental challenges like chronic depression or other challenges.
d).you are inexperienced in the field you work in.
NOTE: Asking for help doesn't necessarily mean that you are lazy. If done the right way and time, it shows that you are mature, humble and a worker that has a desire to learn more.
SUMMARY
At the end of the blog post, I hope that you have been able to:
i. know that being a perfectionist doesn't really help you to become a better worker. Instead, it can reduce your worth as a worker.
ii. understand that procrastination is NEVER the key to successfully accomplishing a task at hand. Procrastination could leave you stranded, thus making you look irresponsible and un serious and I am sure you wouldn't want to be referred to as that!
iii. realize that you should know your limits and well as your breaking point. Do not think you can do everything on your own. You need the help of your friends, co-workers and family to really succeed.
